PATÉ OF CHAMPIGNONS MUSHROOMS AND BLACK TRUFFLE WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL AND SPICY CHILLI

Champignon mushrooms (var. Agaricus Hortensis) blanched in water, ground, sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, garlic and rosemary, mixed with black truffle (Tuber Mesentericum variety), extra virgin olive oil, paprika, hot pepper, salt and lemon juice . The cream thus obtained is subjected to a stabilization heat treatment at 121 ° C aimed at making the product safe from a microbiological point of view.


Ingrediants:
Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) (73%), black truffle (Tuber mesentericum) (10%), extra virgin olive oil (9%), lemon juice, salt, hot pepper (1.3%), sweet pepper, garlic , rosemary, flavorings. Product with a creamy consistency, perfectly spreadable. Intense smell and taste of mushrooms and truffles.


Storage, Use and Consumption:
Store in a cool place, away from light sources. After opening the package, keep refrigerated and use within 1 – 2 weeks.
The product is intended for everyone, except for those with specific intolerance to the ingredients declared on the label.
