BUTTER WITH TRUFFLE

Specialties based on butter cream, Bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt), White truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico), for pasta or croutons. To make the most of the product’s qualities, it is recommended to use 20 g of product per person.


Ingrediants:
Butter, extra virgin olive oil, truffle (Sp. Tuber Albitum Pico) (3%) salt, flavorings.
Product with a creamy consistency, perfectly spreadable. Intense smell and taste of truffle


Storage, Use and Consumption:
Store in a cool place, away from light sources. After opening the package, keep refrigerated and use within 1 – 2 weeks.
The product is intended for everyone, except for those with specific intolerance to the ingredients declared on the label.
The product is suitable for use as a condiment for first courses, for the preparation of pasta, bruschetta and croutons
