SALAMI NAPOLI
The “Napoli” salami is a typical product of the Campania tradition, made with fresh pure pork, cold minced. The peculiarity of our salami is the entirely artisanal processing, from the stages of processing the meat, up to the bagging and binding still done by hand by expert workers. The aging is rigorous and controlled day by day and follows a first phase of smoking that gives the product unparalleled organoleptic characteristics that make it easily distinguishable from other products on the market. The product is characterized by a pleasant flavor, enhanced by the aroma of peppercorns and by the natural smoking, which make it peculiar to the taste and smell. The compactness and consistency are highlighted when cut. The slice is characterized by its dark red color and by the non-homogeneous distribution of the fat due to the medium grinding of the meat and the artisanal processing of the product.
