CACIOCAVALLO PODOLICO CREAM WITH WHITE TRUFFLE

Cream of Podolico Caciocavallo, Parmigiano Reggiano and White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico).


Ingrediants:
Butter (contains traces of MILK), podolic caciocavallo (25%) (MILK, salt, rennet), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), extra virgin olive oil, white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico sp.) (3% ), flavorings.
The ingredients listed in ALL CAPS can cause food allergies and intolerances in sensitive individuals. Ivory-colored product, creamy consistency, pronounced cheesy and delicate truffle flavor.


Storage, Use and Consumption:
Keep in a cool place away from light sources. Once the package has been opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 month. The product is intended for everyone, except for those with specific intolerance to the ingredients declared on the label. The product is suitable for use on bruschetta and croutons or as a base for seasoning first courses. A single teaspoon makes the dishes unique and special. Also excellent on Polenta.
