COUNTRY SALAMI
Salami di Mugnano is a typical product of the Campania tradition and, more precisely, of the Avellino one. Processed with fresh pure pork, cold minced. The peculiarity of this product is the entirely artisanal processing, from the stages of grinding the meat to the bagging and binding still done by hand by expert workers. The seasoning is rigorous, controlled day by day and follows a first phase of smoking which gives the product unparalleled organoleptic characteristics, which make it easily distinguishable from other products on the market. Pleasant taste enhanced by the aroma of peppercorns, the compactness and consistency are highlighted when cut, the characteristic dark red color and the sweetness of the fat make this sausage particularly pleasing to the palate. The characteristic sapidity and the smell of smoke enhance the taste with pronounced olfactory notes.
