COMPOUND OF FIGS WITH TRUFFLE

Figs of own production subjected to sorting, peeling, washing, blanching, reduction in puree, cooking, addition of sugar, lemon juice and grated black truffle, potting, capping with twist-off capsule and pasteurization.


Ingrediants:
Figs, cane sugar, lemon juice, black truffle (Sp.tuber mesentericum) (3%), flavorings. Product with a gelatinous consistency, brown color, delicately sweet flavor characterized by truffles.


Storage, Use and Consumption:
Keep in a cool place away from light sources. Once the package has been opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. The product is intended for everyone, except for those with specific intolerance to the ingredients declared on the label. The product can be consumed as it is or spread on bread or rusks or, again, to flavor cheeses.
