SLICED BLACK TRUFFLE IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Esstivo Truffle (Tuber Aestivum species) sliced and mixed with extra virgin olive oil, salt and lemon juice, packaged in glass jars and subjected to stabilization heat treatment at 121 ° C in order to make the product microbiologically safe.


Ingrediants:
Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum) (70%), extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, flavorings. Taste, smell, color are typical of fresh truffles. In addition there is the pleasantly acidulous note of lemon juice.


Storage, Use and Consumption:
Keep in a cool place away from light sources. Once the package has been opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. After use, it is advisable to cover the remaining product with a drizzle of olive oil. The product is intended for everyone, except for those with specific intolerance to the ingredients declared on the label. The product is suitable to be used to accompany first courses, main courses of meat and fish for the preparation of bruschetta and croutons. It is suitable for decorating dishes as the slices recall the fresh product.
