NATURAL BLACK TRUFFLE EXTRACT BALLS

Black truffle extract (Tuber Mesentericum) extra virgin olive oil and salt. The cream thus obtained is subjected to a stabilization heat treatment at 121 ° C aimed at making the product microbiologically safe.

Ingrediants:
95% black truffle extract (water – Black Truffle – var. Tuber Mesentericum), salt, gelling agent: sodium genate – natural coloring: cuttlefish ink – flavorings. Taste, smell, color are typical of fresh truffles.

Storage, Use and Consumption:
Keep in a cool place away from light sources. Once the package has been opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. After use, it is advisable to cover the remaining product with a drizzle of olive oil. The product is intended for everyone, except for those with specific intolerance to the ingredients declared on the label. The product is suitable to be used to accompany first courses, main courses of meat and fish for the preparation of bruschetta and croutons.
