ARTISAN SPICY SALAMI

The spicy salamini are a typical product of the Campania tradition, made with fresh pure pork, cold minced. The peculiarity of our salami is the entirely artisanal processing, from the stages of processing the meat, up to the bagging and binding still done by hand by expert workers. The seasoning is rigorous and controlled day by day and follows a first phase of smoking that gives the product unparalleled organoleptic characteristics that make it easily distinguishable from other products on the market. peppercorns and naturally smoked, which make it peculiar to taste and smell. The compactness and consistency are highlighted when cut. The slice is characterized by its dark red color and by the non-homogeneous distribution of the fat due to the medium grinding of the meat and the artisanal processing of the product.


Ingrediants:
Pure pork, salt, black peppercorns (piper nigrum), chilli, preservative (E252), natural casing.


Characteristics:
Dark red, when cut it is compact with medium grain, uniform, the fatty part is evident and white, characteristic is the black pepper present inside with a 20-day maturation. Store in a dry and cool place, once opened keep refrigerated.

200-400 gr – hand tied with string
