Cured meat

Our cured meats are entirely handmade and packaged with top quality Italian pork with the same production techniques that, since 1890, were handed down from father to son.




Caciocavallo

Today as then, in harmony with nature and following the ancient recipes of the land of Irpinia, we produce caciocavallo with the traditional aging in the cave and in that of the oil.




Truffles

The last passion of the family in chronological order is that for truffles: black, scorzone, uncinato, white (add all those on the sheet) summer or winter. The truffle has become the cornerstone of our conversations for several years already. We love to pass on our knowledge and we usually organize educational workshops on food traditions to protect biodiversity and rural culture.
